Step 2 - Plan
C1 homes design team will create a bespoke masterpiece to suit your unique style
Step 3 - Quote
3.1 - Costing
We put together a quote based on your design, aiming to encompass your needs and wants within your budget. This will include your selections for cladding, roofing, flooring, your kitchen plan and bathrooms
3.2 - Contract
Once all of the plans, costings and working drawings are approved, we present you with a Registered Master Builders approved contract. We also prepare you with a documents folder including the final plans, specifications and a construction guarantee. The contract also sets out the payment schedule for the various stages of construction.
Step 4 - Design
Our experienced Compliance and Consent teams within C1 Homes deal with councils and building authorities every day, so we make sure all legal and council requirements are in order. We will prepare working drawing, get engineers sign-off, prepare and lodge your building consent after you sign-off documents, these documents will include details about exactly what your new home investment will be, along with a comprehensive list of everything that will be included( Fixed Price Quote). While this work and consultation is happening, you can receive and make the exciting final decisions about colours and materials that truly make your new house a sweet home. This is your chance to really personalise your new home
Step 5 - Development
1 Site work
Bobcats/ diggers prepare the platform in the ground.
2 Base and Foundations
At the second stage, the foundations will be dug and set, then the concrete slab will be poured to form the floor.
3 Framing
Wall framing and roof framing will be set into position, and you can see a rapid change to your house.
4 Close In
At this stage, the roof can go on, the exterior wall cladding can be fixed and windows will be installed. Your house will start to look like a house.
5 Interiors
Plumbers and electricians will plumb and wire your home, insulation is fitted, wall linings can be secured, and our C1 Homes consultant will confirm your chosen colours
6 Final Fit Off
All of the finishing touches like the kitchen, bathroom, and carpet will be complete at this last stage, even including the details like air conditioning, door handles etc.
Step 6 - Delivery
Hand over the Key!
Once the council is happy with the completed home, we can hand you the keys and celebrate your new home. Enjoy!
